Privacy Policy

Information you provide

The application may process company branding and contact details, employee names and email addresses, professional credentials, monitor and calibration records, property and client information, test conditions, measurement readings, report drafts, signatures, field-monitor deployment details, and subscription-entitlement and report-allowance records.

Local use and company workspaces

Reports and settings are kept in local browser or application storage so authorized work can remain available on a verified device during a temporary connection outage. The operational application requires sign-in; signing out locks locally stored report, monitor, archive, and company information until an authorized user signs in again. Local information can still be lost if browser or app data is cleared.

When a new user signs in, that person must either create a company workspace as its initial Owner or accept a secure invitation issued by an existing company Owner. Matching an invited email address alone does not grant access; the invitation token and exact invited email are required. Company settings, team access records, field-monitor deployment records, and structured report content—including imported readings used in a report—are copied to the company workspace so authorized team members can retrieve them on another signed-in device. The original monitor file itself is parsed in the browser and is not stored as a separate uploaded source file.

Address suggestions

If optional address suggestions are enabled and used, the partial address being typed is sent to Google Places to return matching addresses. Selecting a suggestion retrieves structured address details. Manual address entry remains available. Google processes those requests under its own terms and privacy policy.

In the iPhone and Android apps, you can instead tap Use Current Location. The operating system provides the device coordinates and uses the phone's built-in geocoding service to return a nearby street address. Location is requested only after you tap that button, is used to fill the form, and is not tracked in the background. Manual address entry remains available if location access is declined.

Pickup reminders

If you enable notifications in the mobile app, the device schedules a local reminder for the end of each monitor's planned test period. The reminder includes the monitor serial number and pickup property. The notification is canceled when the monitor is marked picked up or its tracking record is removed.

How information is used

Information is used to provide report preparation, company customization, role-based team access, monitor tracking, report retrieval, data backup, and product support. Radon Report Studio does not sell report content and does not use property, client, or measurement data for third-party advertising.

Exports and sharing

When you export or share a PDF, CSV, or backup, you choose the destination through the browser, operating system, or another service. That destination may apply its own privacy practices. Users are responsible for sharing customer information only with appropriate recipients.

Retention, access, and deletion

Local data remains until the report is deleted, browser or app data is cleared, or the application is removed. Signed-in report records remain in the company archive until the company owner deletes them. Organizations should keep exports and backups according to their own legal, contractual, and professional record-retention requirements.

Only the company Owner can open team, billing, and permanent archive-deletion controls. Employees can remove their own company access from My Account. Workspace deletion is not offered inside the app; an Owner can use the contact method below for account-level deletion assistance.

Professional responsibility

Users are responsible for handling property and customer information in accordance with applicable law, contracts, professional standards, and their organization's privacy and retention policies.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change as account, billing, mobile, or integration features evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
