Radon Report Studio Support
Get help importing monitor data, organizing field work, completing a report, managing a company workspace, or retrieving an older test.
Importing measurement data
- Begin with the original, unedited CSV file produced by the continuous radon monitor.
- Compatible detailed CRM exports fill any available serial, calibration, measurement-date, average, environmental, and time-series reading information automatically, regardless of the monitor's recording interval.
- Import multiple CRM files into one report when a property has more than one tested location. Enter a separate room, floor, or area for each monitor test.
- If a detailed format is not recognized, use the flexible CSV import and include columns for location, device ID, start, end, and result. A downloadable template is available in the Monitor data step.
- Add each device to the monitor registry so a serial-number match can fill missing model and calibration information.
Company accounts and employees
- The first verified user creates the company workspace and becomes its sole initial Owner. Team & subscription is unavailable until that owner workspace exists.
- Enter each employee's exact email address and assign an Administrator, Tester, or Reviewer role. The original business account remains the sole owner; Owner is not an assignable team role.
- Select Send invitation to email the secure invitation directly. The employee must select Open Radon Studio in that email, use the exact invited address, create a password, and enter the included one-time verification code. A matching email without the secure invitation link does not grant access.
- Only the owner can change company identity, team access, billing, or permanently delete archived reports. Administrators manage daily report and monitor operations; testers prepare reports and track monitors; reviewers can review, sign, and issue finished reports.
- Employees can leave a company workspace from My Account. Workspace deletion is not offered inside the app; an Owner can contact support if the company needs account-level deletion assistance.
- An email can belong to one company workspace at a time. If a beta test account created an accidental workspace, employees can leave it from My Account and Owners can contact support before accepting a new company invitation.
Free reports and subscriptions
- Each new company workspace includes 10 completed report exports. Drafts, example reports, and repeat exports of the same report do not use another free report.
- After the free allowance is used, the company owner manages the monthly subscription for the whole team. Employees do not have access to billing controls.
Finding an older report
- Signed-in reports are copied to the Company report archive automatically while the local device copy is retained.
- When you sign in on another device, the 25 most recently updated company reports are restored to Recent reports automatically. A newer offline edit is never replaced by an older cloud copy.
- Search by address, customer, report number, property, or monitor serial. Filter by test year or report status.
- Keep periodic downloadable backups as an additional retention copy, especially before clearing a browser or removing the mobile app.
Addresses
- Street, city, state, and ZIP are stored separately to improve report consistency and long-term search.
- Signed-in users may receive address suggestions when that optional integration is enabled. Manual entry always works.
- In the iPhone and Android apps, tap Use Current Location to fill a nearby street address, then confirm it before saving the placement.
Tracking monitors in the field
- Register monitors in Company Profile, then record the property, placement, deployment time, planned duration, and assigned tester in Monitor Tracker.
- The tracker shows testing, due-soon, and ready-for-pickup states and prevents one registered monitor from being assigned to two active locations.
- In a signed-in company workspace, placement and pickup status sync across employees so office and field staff see the same tracker.
- The iPhone and Android apps can schedule a pickup reminder that appears even when the app is closed. Pickup timers remain a scheduling aid and do not replace review of the applicable measurement protocol.
Finishing a customer report
- Confirm every location, address, tester credential, condition, monitor record, calibration entry, date, and interpretation.
- Review Quality checks for short included duration, reading gaps, calibration conflicts, missing fields, and reviewer signature.
- Preview every page, confirm your signed-in identity, add your signature, and then export the final PDF.
- Use Create follow-up when corrective work is completed to start a prefilled post-mitigation report for the same property.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the report preview is open and all Quality checks have been reviewed before exporting.
- If sync needs attention, keep the browser open, confirm you are signed in, and download a backup before clearing any data.
- On mobile, use the operating system Share sheet to save or send the PDF to an approved destination.
